THE INFLECTION POINT
Since its beginnings in 2022, REALM Cannabis had grown from a single concept into an expanding family of flavors, products, and devoted consumers. But its bootstrapped identity and reliance on AI-generated imagery could not provide the distinction, ownership, or consistency the brand needed to compete at a more premium level.
Where We Came In
We transformed REALM’s space-travel premise into an ownable brand system built for growth, anchored by the call to action “Find Your Realm.” Reimagined as a bounty hunt for flavor across universes, the concept puts consumers at the center of exploration. A clarified architecture, custom visual language, and flexible identity unified the master brand, sub-brands, and flavor realms—giving each its own personality while keeping the universe unmistakably REALM.
One master brand connects the full REALM universe, while flexible sub-brand systems give every product family and flavor a world of its own.
Bold color, sharp geometry, and custom character illustration gave every flavor realm its own personality without losing the visual language that holds the larger brand universe together.
Across packaging, merchandise, and digital touchpoints, the system turns product discovery into exploration—inviting every consumer to find the realm that fits them.
