ABOUT THE POSITION
We are constantly looking for new web development partners to collaborate with on various website projects.
Senior Developers will work head-to-head with the studio founder on building out design systems for small-to-mid-scale B2B and B2C/DTC e-commerce websites. While building is at the core of the position, we want our development partners to be a part of early Discovery and UX phases for a fully-collaborative experience.
Developers will also be responsible for all aspects of QA, ensuring that websites are pixel-perfect and performant before launch.
As a studio, we are looking for the following:
At least 4-5 years of professional web/UI development experience within a start-up or agency setting.
Casual in tone, professional in practice. We're light-hearted in general but serious about the work.
High level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript libraries (Greensock.JS, Vue.js, React, Lenis.js).
Has experience building flexible component design systems/Block Themes and websites on WordPress (ACF + Gutenberg Block Editor) and Shopify.
Has previous experience working and collaborating with design teams.
Has experience working within Agile and traditional waterfall project management styles.
Brings a positive attitude to the work sessions and presentations, both internal and client-facing.
Has experience and/or knowledge of WCAG Accessibility standards.
BONUS POINTS IF…
Previous experience with Squarespace and Webflow.
Has a degree or prior background in graphic design or UX/UI design best practices.
COMPENSATION
Between $70–$90 hourly rate, depending on specific project scope.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are constantly looking for Junior Brand/UI Designers to collaborate with on exciting projects.
Designers will work head-to-head with the studio founder on all aspects of the project, from design explorations to client presentations. They will also assist the studio founder with updates to the website, maintaining the studio design libraries, and create posts for social channels. While we mostly do work for digital touchpoints, we still get plenty of print/packaging work, so you’ll be able to work on a variety of different things at any time.
This is a 100% remote opportunity, but can be on-site if you’re in the RI area.
As a studio, we are looking for the following:
Should have at least 1-3 years of experience within a start-up or agency setting (internships included!).
Casual in tone, professional in practice. We're light-hearted in general but serious about the work.
Has a portfolio that exhibits branding capabilities, particularly within web/digital.
Brings a positive attitude and open mind to the work sessions and presentations, both internal and client-facing.
Should be proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects is great but not crucial.
BONUS POINTS IF…
Previous experience with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and Webflow.
Has background in print production/pre-press.
COMPENSATION
Between $25–$30 hourly rate, depending on specific project scope.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Santoro Design is looking for a Brand/Website Design Intern to join us for the Fall Semester (September–October 2025).
As a Brand/Website Design Intern, you will work head-to-head with the studio founder to support on various projects. You will…
Learn what it means to be a professional designer as you take part in design explorations and client presentations.
Support the studio founder with website maintenance/updates and production tasks.
Play a key role in maintaining design systems and designing creative assets for ongoing design support,
Adopt a mindset for strategy and systems across creative and business problems.
Ideally, this would be a hybrid opportunity with up to two days on-site, but can be negotiated as needed.
As a studio, we are looking for the following:
Should either be within their Junior or Senior year of design school, or their second year within a Certificate/BS program.
Casual in tone, professional in practice. We're light-hearted in general but serious about the work.
Has a growing portfolio with projects that show a desire to go into brand and/or website design.
Brings a positive attitude and open mind to the work sessions and presentations, both internal and client-facing.
Should have proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
BONUS POINTS IF…
Any prior experience with website design and low-code/no-code design platforms (i.e. Squarespace, WordPress and/or Webflow).
Has other skills such as, but not limited to: Illustration, 3D, Motion Graphics (After Effects).
Compensation
$25 hourly for 16 hours a week at minimum. An increase up to 3 days a week (24 hours) max is dependent on your class schedule. Depending on overall fit and quality of work, this can absolutely go beyond the semester.
Internship credits for respective BFA, BA/BS Design program.
