THE INFLECTION POINT
For more than 40 years, Reinvestment Partners had been championing the needs of low-income adults and families throughout North Carolina—creating programs that expand access to affordable housing, healthy food, financial support, and healthier communities.
But after an unsuccessful website revamp, it became clear that the larger challenge was not just digital. The organization needed a clearer brand identity, platform, and program architecture that could communicate the depth of its mission, the breadth of its impact, and the values behind decades of community-centered work.
Where We Came In
Through a custom Brand & Website Essentials scope, we partnered with Reinvestment Partners to clarify the story beneath the organization’s work. We developed a new brand strategy, messaging platform, and program architecture that brought greater cohesion to its housing, health, food, and financial services initiatives.
We translated this foundation into a warmer, clearer, and more connected brand system, then extended it into a main website designed to build trust with partners and make it easier for people to access support. Two program microsites carried the same system forward, creating a cohesive digital ecosystem across the organization and its key initiatives.
They needed a presence that championed resilience, hope, and dignity, in order to position them as a true linchpin between citizens, caretakers, and change makers.
A solidified brand architecture provided the organization with the tools needed to speak confidently about each program, and their capabilities for positive change.
The Reinvestment Partners website shares its UX with each of its programs websites, allowing for each program to enjoy autonomy while still rooting back to the organization itself.
