Building the web experience for an emerging agentic marketing platform
THE INFLECTION POINT
Copley had built a differentiated product in a crowded AI market: a fully agentic marketing platform capable of planning, creating, and implementing campaigns for B2B and B2C e-commerce brands. But its website was not yet communicating that advantage with the clarity, confidence, or scalability the business needed.
As the platform prepared for growth, Copley needed a digital presence that could simplify a complex offer, sharpen its value to e-commerce teams, and give the internal team an easier way to update and expand content over time.
Where We Came In
We partnered with Copley on a focused website sprint that turned its platform value into a clearer, more compelling digital experience. Through refined content strategy, a sleek visual system, purposeful animation, and a revamped Gutenberg block theme, we helped the website better communicate what made Copley different.
The new modular system gave the team more control over page-building, content updates, and future growth—creating a digital foundation that was easier to manage, easier to scale, and better aligned with the sophistication of the product.
Through an abbreviated UX Sprint, we were able to narrow down content for each page from a systems perspective, ensuring that the components we’d build and leverage would help reinforce the messaging.
We found opportunities to create more clearly-defined standards with consolidated font stacks and colors. This allowed us to significantly trim code-bloat from previous builds while building the Gutenberg block theme, resulting in faster performance and better site vitals.
