THE INFLECTION POINT

Transhealth began with an ambitious vision: to create a healthcare organization centered on affirming care for transgender and queer people and their families. After an extensive research process, it needed a trusted and accessible brand experience that could ease patient concerns, communicate warmth, and support the clinic’s launch.

Where We Came In

Partnering with Landry Communications, we created an identity grounded in empathy, affirmation, and human connection. The system extended from brand strategy and logomark development to wayfinding and environmental graphics. We also built a scalable website around prospective patients’ real questions, making information and pathways to care easier to access.

At their core, we knew the brand and website needed to instill trust within a deeply disenfranchised community—signaling to them that they would be treated with the dignity and care they deserved.

Of the needs shared by both primary personas, we saw a need for community-building with other transgender and gender-diverse people, full transparency about medical staff qualifications, and a sense of belonging.
