The New Website Is Here!
2026 has been a challenging year so far. We’ve been heads down on some pretty phenomenal projects (even getting some awards too!), but nothing could make us happier than to finally launch the new Santoro Design website!
After months staring at notes and sketches, to Figma screens and code, this all feels like a dream. Aside from the sleeker interactions and refreshments to our visual style, we dug deep to try and make the site the best experience possible for new prospects and talent.
How exactly did we go about that? We’d need to go back to the beginning.
Let’s take it back to January…
In January, we started Discovery by taking a look at the website and conducting an audit. We’d always gotten compliments on the site—especially for it being built on Squarespace—but there were a few resounding bits of constructive feedback:
Case studies were robust but too wordy.
Copy on certain pages wasn’t as clear as it could be.
Pages for the project packages were super helpful to understand scope, but didn’t articulate why they were valuable enough.
Service pages didn’t paint a clear enough picture of desired outcomes.
Now, some of this notes were things we also felt—especially with the case studies. How do we go about telling the story of each project and the decisions we made, without it feeling like someone’s reading The Odyssey? How can we make sure folks know all the great things we can do, in the most effective way possible?
With our objectives and goals in mind, we began researching new tech, compiling sketches, and getting inspired for what could be.
More value, less fluff
The case studies were the biggest ticket item for us, since they matter the most to our sales and marketing. With the intent of driving long-term value, we completely revamped the case studies layout in the following ways:
A sticky details section with the project logistics and specific project package, as well as the Impact & Outcomes listed at the bottom.
A streamlined narrative framework with the backstory of each client and where we came in.
Compact call-outs speaking to the purpose of specific aspects of each scope
In addition, we’ve launched three brand-new case studies with this new website. Check out the new Case Studies and Project Archive pages!
Services you can believe in
Throughout the past couple of years, we’d always gotten great feedback about the project packages during sales cycles. They allowed people to better understand the parameters of each project’s scope, what they entailed, and how much investment was required from the get-go. However, we felt that the pages could’ve done a better job with speaking to the “why’s” and “how’s” instead of just that “what.” Similarly, the service pages needed to better communicate why they were essential to any businesses’ growth.
The new service pages and project packages have been completely revamped to speak to the value of our solutions and process. Additionally, the project packages mimic the same layout as the case studies so the details affecting big decisions are always visible.
Built for what’s next
The studio’s changed a lot over the past five years. From the initial site launch back in 2021 to now, we’ve had the privilege of working with all sorts of clients within e-commerce, tech, cannabis, and CPG. We grew smarter with each project, designed better with each iteration, and provided better service with each new client.
Having been around for more than 15 years now, we continue to look to the future. Better design, better strategy, better ways to create value for those who trust in us. As we grow stronger with each client, we look forward to building the brand for the next big idea.
Special Thanks
As always, we’re thankful to every client, collaborator, and friend who has supported this studio year after year. We’ve been extremely privileged to have great people in our corner. Special thanks to Austin Huck and Zarah Kalisky of Garden Remedies, as well as Braelyn Grimes of Cymulate, for being incredible collaborators.
Huge thanks to the folks at SquareKicker, Inside The Square, and Kleemt for their help in making this website build as painless as possible. Big shout-out to our interns, Andrew Liao and Ariel Wesley, for help with building out case study assets and the motion reel.
2026 is almost done, and we’re still hungry. Are you ready to transform your brand? Let’s get something in the books.
